Log it or Lose it does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. Everything you log stays on your device. I have no idea who you are, and that's by design.
None. The app does not collect:
All workout data — sets, reps, weights, cardio sessions, templates — is stored locally on your iPhone using Apple's standard on-device storage. It never leaves your device unless you choose to export it yourself.
The app does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. There are no third parties with access to your data.
The app is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple may collect certain data as part of the App Store experience — this is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The lifetime unlock is processed entirely through Apple's in-app purchase system. I do not receive or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple.
You can export all your workout data to a spreadsheet at any time from within the app. This export is initiated by you, goes directly to your device, and is not transmitted anywhere.
Because no data is collected from any user, the app does not collect data from children under 13 either. It is safe to use for all ages from a data-privacy standpoint.
If the privacy practices of this app change in the future, this page will be updated and the "last updated" date at the top will reflect the change.
If you have any questions about this privacy policy, you can reach out via the feedback option inside the app, or email train@logitorloseit.com.
